Trumpet Lessons

Private trumpet tuition of all ages/levels ranging from absolute beginner to University students and professionals. Holistic approach and/or training for relevant exams.

You are never too young to start lessons (baby teeth included).

For the absolute beginner, we start by producing a sound and learning your favourite melodies whilst becoming familiar with all the basic aspects of music theory. 

​

The primary focus for more advanced players is a mastery of the instrument, allowing for freedom to explore and make music with a relaxed and creative mind. Students are encouraged to develop a unique voice and identity in their music making.

​

Technical method is a refined hybrid of multiple trumpet methods tailored to the individual student, including: Caruso Method, Adams Routine, Flexus, Arbans, Schlossberg and Stamp.

Lessons can take place online or at Ken's private music studio in Benoordenhout, The Hague.
